Virginia Stanard Forbes Maner, born on 1 April 1921 in Atlanta, Ga., and Charlotte Revercomb Stephenson Oresman, born on 24 October 1920 in New York, were 1942 graduates of the University of North Carolina. Both women attended the Randolph Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, Va., before transferring to UNC. Upon graduation, Oresman lived in New York City, N.Y., where she died in June 1978.
